I love the older woman younger hot guy story! Carla own a modeling agency and Kellan is a down on luck super hot model! I'm not going to spoil it by telling all that happens but their affair turns into something much deeper. If they can survive all the pitfalls of life they just might make it! I think you would love this book! Read it!
A steamy read with a great storyline! Really enjoyed the way the characters interacted with each other and seeing Krala and Kellan's chemistry and passion become intense! Great character development and you will fall in love with these characters as well! If you enjoy older woman/younger man romances, you need to pick this one up! ***I voluntarily read and reviewed this as an ARC***

Book 1 I love Amanda Heartley! Her books are steamy, sexy and short and sweet! I was first sucked in when I discovered her Oceans Apart series and she hasn't disappointed yet.
If you are looking for an easy read, scorching hot and characters you can fall in love with, than this is the book/series you are looking for. Be warned, there is sex, lots of sex but it's the background story line that will drag you in. Carla and Kellan are anything but ordinary and when their paths cross, it's the heart stopping chemistry that will heat up the pages of your kindle. A panty-melting model and a confident woman. Both fighting their attraction and business ethics.
Book 2 Deception, deceit, lies, betrayal...the last thing any one wants to deal with when venturing into a relationship with a co-worker, let alone one you manage. Carla is trying to keep her business afloat and her competitor is doing everything in their power to bring her down. Kellan becomes Carla undoing until there is a sneaky snake lurking in the shadows ready to bring her down.
Book 3 This book was probably my favorite of all 5. At the end of book 2, Carla gets some devastating news and her life is now turned upside down. This book is probably the pivotal moment for this series. There's more time for Carla and Kellan's characters to shine through without all of the "in between the sheets" moments, although there is still one or 4 moments ;) I wasn't expected Kellan to do everything he did for Carla and I might have gotten a little teary eyed in a few moments. This book was an emotional, erotic read for sure.
Book 4 I hate that I even have to give this type of review but I feel if I didn't give a proper review, I wouldn't be upholding my end of the bargain when I received the ARC. So here goes nothing.
I love Amanda Heartley, I may possibly say so in every review I write for her. I discovered her on my own and have been lucky to continue reading her books. They are short, sweet and to the point, however, there is always a story line, just may not be as complexed as others which is why I recommend her books for any one looking for an easy read without it being 100% smut. But this book was lacking so much for what I'm used to from her. I feel it got bypassed on the editing rounds and while yes, I know I'm reading an erotic book/series, I feel it was a fluffer book for this series. There is one huge moment between Carla and Kellan but that's it. Maybe for me, I was expecting something much bigger after reading book 3.
Book 5 After everything that Carla and Kellan have been through, this was probably the toughest book for them yet. I feel this book was the perfect conclusion for this series. The way it starts out is not the way I imagined it would end which I feel is great because that just leaves you wanting more. There's struggles, love, and battles. The sweet and sexy help balance this book out. Once again, it's short and sweet and easy to follow. Thank you again Mrs. Heartley for another romantic and erotic read! Can't wait to see what else you have up your sleeve!

Eh. This really short read just wasn't all that great for me.
First, there was just too many details about exactly what people were wearing and such. I found myself skimming over those parts.
Likewise the sex scenes, which I'd say were over half of this book. After the first few descriptions that left me wondering WTF I was reading, I started skimming over them as well.
The story was told from the POV of both characters. And both characters were just a bit flat. Kellan was a bit unbelievable for me. Mainly bc I don't like insta-love.
I won't be reading any more of this series bc I have no desire to know what the future holds for Carla and kellan. I won't even be reading reviews of the next part of this serial to look for spoilers. That's how little I care.

Kellan is a down on his luck model. Carla is the owner of a small model agency who is in competition with a much bigger agency (who keeps stealing her employees). When Kellan helps Carla out of a bind, she decides to hire him on the spot as her new assistant. Sparks fly and they find themselves drawn to each other despite their age differences. Their new found love though is tested in many ways from scheming ex-assistants, to family health issues, a crumbling business, and even house hunting. Can their new love survive the tests or fall and wither? That you would have to read to find out.
Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love Amanda's stories but for me this one was just okay compared to some of her other series. There is no violence, no huge drama issues to overcome etc. It didnt hold my interest quite as well as some of her other stories. It started off with some great potential but i kept hoping for more and it just didnt live up to what i was hoping it would be. This is a complete series and does not leave you on a cliffhanger.
I enjoyed this book, Worth The Waite, very much. I love HEA endings. I will recommend it to both family and friends. I look forward to reading more of her books. .Thank you Annie Boone.
